In Home Care aims to match the attributes of the carer to the needs of the individual requirements and their families. Our carers have a range of skills, experience, training and personal qualities.

As a minimum our careers all have a current Police Check, Working with Children Check and First Aid. Many carers hold or are studying to achieve a qualification in their chosen area, such as their Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood or Certificates in Aged and Community Care and Disability Services. Many of our team have backgrounds in nursing, disability & mental health services and specialised care areas, such as PEG feeding training, working with special needs and families at risk.

We look for people who are passionate about working with children, seniors and or people with a disability, are sensitive to the needs of families in crisis, reliable, experienced and dedicated. We support families across Melbourne and while a car is beneficial, it is not essential for many positions where public transport is an option.
